(1 coffee)
Meal 2
1 PB wholegrain sandwich
1 125g can tuna springwater
1 up and go lite(up and go is like a little pre packaged sustagen)
Meal 3
1 chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
snack
another up and go lite
meal 4 (pre workout)
3/4 chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
185g can of tuna-springwater
1.5 scoop whey concerntrate
Post workout
1.5 scoops mutant mass
Meal 5
Steak+veggies or fish+veggies(can vary) - one of the reasons i did'nt put up macro's, this meal can vary from night to night making macro's inaccurate.
Before bed
1.5 scoops of whey concerntrate
5 egg whites
and add a lot of water during they day
