I feel my diet is abit of a mess,
I’m 19, 12 Stone ( 168lbs) been training 6 months properly, height is 5’10”. That’s all I think you need to know, unless you state otherwise
Diet
Meal 1 – Oats sultana’s, Orange, Powder egg.
2: – Peanut butter sandwiches, milk
3: – bacon with bread, milk,
4: pre work – chicken sandwich,
lift
5:: post – creatine, whey,
6 meal consisting of vegetables meat etc
7: tuna, nlarge 2
8: Before bed 3 glass’s of milk, 1 with the powder
