    Iso mass

    anyone tried ultimate nutrition iso mass extreme gainer---i have a hard time gaining and thought this might help----with 80 grams of complex carbs and 65 protein

    a protien shake isn't gonna help you gain weight..

    getting your diet straight will though..

    dont really have a hard time gaining i have a hard time eating enough clean food to gain---cut to my goal in 2 1/2 months but i was lucky to eat enough then, now its been 6 mo at same daily calories give or take 100 this shake has all the right ingredients and would add 433 calories 3 times a week pwo--for about 1300 calories a week---ive tried to up cals---but cant do it clean and if i cant do it clean i aint doin it--- by the way u helped me with my diet along with narkissos back in march-april

    i personally have never used the product your talking about..

    i stick to on pro-complex.. nark approved..

    when did u wanna add the shake??

    ever thought about casein??

    was going to add pwo only---got ON casein but the iso mass has the carbs to go with it

    Iso mass is GREAT.

    Like others here say, food is obviously the number one choice but after you have a good session lifting. Downing one of these shakes that has tons of carbs and protein with only 5 grams of sugar is perfect
