Bison!! Hell yeah!!!

I just bought some bison, I can't wait to eat this delicious bison.

bison, sounds good, we dont have them in australia but we do have buffalo, there is a native wild life butcher close by and i saw buffalo there i was wondering what it would taste like, the steaks were massive... have u ever tried kangroo??? it is great heaps leaner than any other red meat ive had. i dont no if u can get it where u are but if u can give it a go......

I would totally eat kangaroo, but I dont think we have any marcupials that are native to the states. I'd be willing to pay you to ship me some though =)

FYI - The bison is pretty pricey.

hahah i dont no what the law would be or how good it would taste by the time it got there..... i thought they would farm them, we farm deer for venison. kangaroo is amazing meat, there every where and easy to hunt... but easier just to buy it... dirt cheap

Oh, it's a common animal in Australia? Hm...Id love to shoot a kangaroo, and most important eat it!
