    right when i wake up

just a quick question. i wake up at 5:15AM and have formation at 6AM
from 6AM-7AM we do PT im in the army.

now this pt can be anything from really intense running up hills or dumb things and when i say dumb i mean like running up hills with sand bags and pushing humves. i know its dumb but there nothing i can do about it.

i know cardio in the AM on a empty stomach is the best and thats what i have been doing. but i dont eat my first meal till 7:30. which means im awake for almost 2 hours before i get some food.

should i maybe drink a protein shake in the morning the shake i have is 48P 1F 4C. 10g bcaa 8 glutamine and precursors. what ever those are lol. would drinking this in the AM boost my metabolizes and in the end help me burn more bf.

if you need my TDEE BMR and current diet ill post it but i dont think it matters.

INGREDIENTS: protein blend (whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey peptides) cocoa (processed with alkali) artificial flavors, lecithin, acesulfame, potassium, aminogen, lactase.

allergen information: contains milk and soy lecithin ingredients.

this is ON Gold Standard 100% whey protein. i normally buy isopure whey protein but its expensive so im trying to switch.
