Hello, I am on a low buget, and was looking for the cheapest way it diet for a bulking diet.
I was thinking...
1- Protein shake morning whey pro/ 1 slice of wheat bread
2 - Oatmeal - Protein shake
3 - chicken or tuna or fish with brown rice
4 - tuna fry with veggs
5 - Potato and same as "3"
6 - Protein shake
7 - Cottage cheese
