has there been any scientific proof that small amounts of milk is bad for a cut? Besides it's calorie content, which anyone can fit into their daily calorie consumption, are there any other negative effects from milk when cutting?
Some people say not to have milk even in your coffee when strictly cutting? a small amount of milk has hardly any calories, so what is the big problem with milk? I have heard it can make your skin look thicker? is there any scientific proof?
