My goal is to be down to at least 12% body fat by the end of December i am at around 22% now i think. I will be starting at the gym Next week Tuesday. So do you think that i could get to my goal without clen by the end of December.
I think that i have read that clen weakens your tendons but it may have been some other type of gear. I have been out of the gym for almost 1 1/2 years now so yay or ney.
