    Lunch on the go..

Im at school all day, two days a week, and have been struggling finding a good lunch/dinner combo to pack for the day so I'm not missing my meals, etc. Im on a clean bulk, so any suggestions?

    Agreed.

I walk drive round with my meals in plastic boxes. Chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, barley, quinoa, beef, turkey, salmon, nuts, vegtables, fish oil.

Packing lunches is just part of the dedication required to achieve your goals. Fortunately for me my wife does it

For those long days at school eating in between classes, I filled the tupperware up with chicken and sweet potatoes, and lower carb days ground beef patties and some almonds. Once you get your routine down it's pretty simple.

I also am unable to cook 95% of my meals before i eat them (i work 12 hour days with two hours driving). So instead on my rest days i cook for the next 3 days. Just put everything in tupperware in the fridge, portioned out for the next few days. Also if your not active very much during school days be sure to adjust your caloric intake.
