(5 days a week i train with weights, cardio for 30 mins after each session)
Meal 1 on waking
Medium bowl of bran flakes with semi-s milk,
40 grams of whey
Meal 2
200grams of 5% fat mince beef, 1 poached egg, 100grams of b/rice
Meal 3 Pre workout
200 grams of turkey breast, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 150grams of b/rice
Meal 4 post workout
40grams of whey and a large bannana
Meal 5
200 grams of chicken, 100grams of wholewheat pasta and veggies
Meal 6 before bed
40 grams of whey with some low fat cottage cheese blended into it.
