Hey guys.. Got my goal of hitting 235 by New Years! I like to think im fairly knowledgeable with dieting, but just wanted to get the help from a few of you experts! Ive been lifting for several years and came from about 160 lbs..(220 now). Im 6'2 and had my body fat tested at 10%.

Ive done a couple cycles in the past and I plan on starting one within a few weeks. I just started school so Im still trying to get used to my new schedule and workout times.. Anyways... What do you guys think about my bulking diet?? I dont wanna get to fat so i will be doing a bit of cardio, but keeping it at a minimum of course !

Oh and I know it has a lot of shakes but during school its either a shake or nothing except for our lunch break.

I suggest you eating 400g pro and 400g carbs or 350g pro and 450g carb if you want more gains.
