Post Whey protein concentrate vs isolate?

Ok ive got a little bit of confusion relating to these two. Is it worth buying WPI rather then WPC???

I know WPI has 90>% and WPC usually 75>%
but does WPI absorb and digest faster??
Is the bio availability the same??

Isolate digests a little bit faster to my knowledge.

for the purposes of PWO, it's best to use the faster one....that would be whey hydrolysate.....it's predigested and partially hydrolyzed, so they're the fastest whey protein....they are also the most expensive and don't taste very good

concentrate is the slowest b/c it contains a little bit of fat....isolate removes the fat and lactose....yet, I don't know where on the spectrum to place it, and say it's speed more resembles hydrolyzed or concentrate

that all being said, don't get too concerned over your PWO shake....isolate is good enough, and sometimes I use liquid egg whites instead of whey (personally, I think they're just as good).....your diet for the 24 hours following your workout is far more crucial than the one shake
