I have a quick simple question how many carbs should i cycle on for a 7:1 ratio.
100% or 200%?

right now im taking in 120carbs for cutting phase for the first 1-8 weeks
on my chest day my weakest body part I plan eating 200% more carbs not going over 360 is this good?
I know u guys cant tell me what my body needs. I just need to get the ok so I i dont sabotage loses.
and what should I cycle? Brown rice? or just add more oats or a couple sweet potatos?
