okay ill be starting PCT 2morow and just wanted to make sure im eating enough to maintain my gains, but not put on more fat by eating to much
stats: height 5'11
bf% 12 if lucky, prob lower
weight 100.8kg
diet ratio will be 30/50/20
daily spread over 6 meals
250 grams protein
415 grams carbs
73 grams fats
seem adequate?
not going to breakdown every meal since it always changes, but i will eat wholgrain foods, lean protein sources and good fat sources and follow the basic ideas to good diet, low gi carbs, insulin spike post workout, etc etc
most carbs will be ingested breakfast, lunch and post workout
protein spread evenly
fats in all meals except breakfast since this is always my main insulin spike apart from post workout
anyone think im not eating enough? or to much?
