    Critique my diet

    This is just a list of what I generally eat throughout the day.
    50g protein shake
    1/2 cup oatmeal with either some rasins or a banana in it
    Throughout the day I eat when I start to feel hungry
    I bring a couple apples and bananas to work along woth 2-3
    chicken breast.
    I workout in the afternoon around 3pm and drink another 50g
    protein shake.
    Dinner I usually have some chicken and vegtables..

    I can see a difference in my bodyfat after about 4wks.
    I do tend to cheat a bit on the weekends, not alot of sweets but some carbs and fatty foods.

    Am I eating to much fruit? Not enough calories?
    I have put on 12-13 #'s since starting my cycle and this diet..

    Sorry, but how do you expect that someone could tell you if you're taking the right amount of kals.

    I see no EFAs in your diet, nor any complex carbs besides oats....

    what are your stats? are you cutting or bulking? are you determining your BF by look, b/c you say you've gained weight?

    i am 5'10" 183# started at 171 about 8 wks ago.. yes BF should be down, I can see my abbs now..
    I am trying to put on some weight but not gain any fat..

    ok after reading and watching some videeos I have modified my diet a bit.
    I am
    39
    5'10"
    184 #'s started out the begining of August right around 170#'s
    I deliver uniforms for a living so am active during the day.
    Work out in the gym 3 days a week and do calistenics at home a couple days a week.
    My goal is to stay lean around 180#'s
    Could probably use more cardio not sure if I get enough during the day.
    Meal 1
    50gr protein shake with 2 servings oats 54gr carbs 625cal
    Meal 2
    4oz chicken breast 34gr protein 120cal
    Meal 3
    1 can tuna 55gr protein 250cal
    Meal 4
    4oz Chicken breast or Beef jerky 34gr protein 120cal
    Meal 5 post work out
    50gr protein shake 1 serv oats 27gr carbs 475cal
    Meal 6
    Lean protein and green vegtables 40gr protein.. 300cal
    depends how hungry I am.

    Any other help would be appreciated.

    1900 cal/day ??

    depends how hungry I am.

    Yeah I have been adding a banana to the shake in the morning and the evening.
    Going to get some EFA supplements. I do eat sushi once in awhile, will get the seasame oil and flaxseed oil.
