Throughout the day I eat when I start to feel hungry
I bring a couple apples and bananas to work along woth 2-3
chicken breast.
I workout in the afternoon around 3pm and drink another 50g
protein shake.
Dinner I usually have some chicken and vegtables..
I can see a difference in my bodyfat after about 4wks.
I do tend to cheat a bit on the weekends, not alot of sweets but some carbs and fatty foods.
Am I eating to much fruit? Not enough calories?
I have put on 12-13 #'s since starting my cycle and this diet..
