    PB&J before Bed

I'm wondering whether pb&j would be good before bed while trying to bulk right now. I usually take my casein along w/ some cottage cheese and fish oil before.

    Any ideas would help..thanks

only if your primary goal is to gain mass. just know that this meal will not contribute to "lean gains"

Worst idea I have ever heard. None of those foods will help with muscle building at all.

I wouldnt recommend those foods to a single person in the world, even my little brother who doesnt even work out. Just completely useless. Processed white flour, processed sugars and fruits with preservatives added onto fats, which are hydrogenated and poison to the body unless you buy natural and even then peanuts are full of aflotoxins and one of the worst nut choices out there.

egg, milk, and meat products have aflatoxin amounts far exceeding that of peanuts....almonds and other nuts are not spared either....

That's not true at all. These mycotoxins are grown in legumes and grains and nuts...the only way they get into meat is if the animals are fed corn or peanuts or other grains that have been affected.

And yes they can be inherent in ANY nuts, I never said they werent. But peanuts have the highest susceptibility.
