    i need serioud help...

    THIS IS MY DIET...
    PLEASE EDIT IT SO THAT I SHOULD LOOSE BODY FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE...
    PLEASE ADD ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO...
    LET ME TELL U IM USING 500 MG TEST E AND 200 MG DECA PER WEEK AND I HAD FINISHED 3RD WEEK TODAY BUT STILL CANT GET ANY GAINS...

    THIS IS MY DIET...
    My diet is following but people says u neeed improvement in it..
    Im using 200mg deca and 500 mg test enantate per week and today was the end of my third week but i just got strenth but dint saw any gains yet...plz tellme in how many weeks i would see any gains and this is my diet plan..if u think it needs to be amended or something added plz tellme...
    I need to get muscles on my body but i just have bloat,,,and my body mass incraeses but it seems as if im getting fat..i neeed muscles ....you can see ,my pic its really embrassing...
    My height is 6 feet,85 kgs weigh and im 25...

    Diet is

    meal 1:

    6 egg whites
    i cup oatmeal
    a spoon of cottage cheese

    meal 2:
    One scoop whey(before workout)


    meal 3after workout)
    0.5 kgs boiled mashed beef
    orange juice 0.5 ltr

    meal 4:

    2 pieces chciken breast steam
    chicken sand witch


    meal 5:

    6 pieces of fish
    fruit

    meal 6:

    2 pieces of chicken breast steam
    2 TBS PEANUT BUTTER

    wow thats some bad shape you got there man ,sorry but no way you should be doing a cycle ,you need to hit cardio hard and then doa clean bulling diet for 2- years before even thinking about useing steroids ,there some pritty shit jenes you got there.lol

    if you cycle in this shape you will only get fatter...and perhaps some more gyno...for your own good just take the advise you have been given...

    Zunair.. you definitely need to take some action there bud.. leave the juice, do your pct, and if i'd be you i'd be getting some letro with the highest shipping standard possible!!!

    Man i'm almost sure you are by now shutdown, with very small nuts, with softened nipples and ****ed up test levels man you maybe need to see a doctor after this one...

    can you give us some stats like age? height, weight, experience, we can guess that bf is 35+ maybe even close to 40

    and im working on my diet and started cardio...
    and im 25 weight 84 kgs and height is 6 feet
    ...
    so im doing cardio daily now 40 minutes...
    i just want to know should i do cardio iummediately after workout or can i do it at some other time ??

    he alxo know abt my body still he told me to do so instead of doing cardio ...sir i heard doing winstrol and test really burns ur fatt...is it soo?

    dam dude you are hopeless....nothing is going to do the work for you.....you need to lose a whole lot of fat first through diet and a shit load of cardio.....it will take some time but you need to do it and give it a chance....is any of this sinking in?.....you have been told this countless times by like everone here and yet you keep opening more threads with the same questions....forget aas for now and start with the basics....i wish your trainer had a clue cus your so hung up on taking steroids ,and he is wrong in recomending them to you....thay are not magic bro,a lot of hard work still needs to be done.....

    You have a very serious condition. Its called "lardus enormous" You need to diet and exercise.
