    my diet, opinions

    hi all. just wanted to post up a sample of my daily diet to see what you think. good, bad, what needs changed etc.

    7.30am large bowl bran flakes with semi skimmed milk.

    9.30am prtein shake. 2 scoops

    10.30am wholemeal bagel heaped with organic peanut butter

    12.30/1 tin tuna with wholemeal pitta or wholemeal bread.

    i normally train at 2 or 3 so before i train i have kre alkyline and after a shake with carbs.... normally pharma gain.

    5pm some fruit

    7pm normally meat with veg, and possibly some brown rice or brown pasta. sometimes i will take extra veg and do without the carbs.

    9pm nuts or grapes.

    10.30 protein shake with milk.

    my goal is to try and put on lean muscle. i do want to bulk up but not with alot of fat if thats possible?
    i'm starting to maybe think i'm not eating enough, but in saying that i don't really feel too hungry in between meals.

    my goal is to try to pack on lean muscle. been going pretty well so far.

    but would just like a bit of feedback on what you fellas think of my diet.

    If u wanna pack lean muscle cut on the carbs ... Too many in my op ....
    Put a lot a lot more protein in there

    How much do u weigh right nowwhats ur height and age?

    i'm 32. 6 foot 3 and weigh 15 stone, which i think is around 210lbs.

    i used to play alot of football (soccer) so always been pretty thin, and now looking to pack on the mass. i gotta pretty long arms and legs, which is bit frustrating cause my training partner is much shorter and is packing on the muscle quicker but isn't anyway near as strong as me. been training hard since jan/feb this year and have noticed decent gains so far. my strength has jumped now just need the muscle but understands its a long process.

    should i be eating more chicken/tuna etc or squeeze in an extra shake somewhere?

    Now... Get casein for the night snack before bed eat an 8oz steak in the diet more chicken... Add cottage cheese broccoli

    I would change the morning 9:30 and the 10:30 and the 9 night... And the 5pm as well
    also I hate the taste of sweet potatoe but is good to have in there

    Btw my English is not too good but is tin the same as can ? In the lunch meal?

    thanks for the repies guys.
    yeah mate, a tin is the same as a can lol. (we call them tins in ireland tho)

    think i'm gonna have to go back to the drawing board then to try and fit in the extra stuff. i really hate cottage cheese so would still prefer the shake with milk before bed.

    should i be taking flac seed oil and ***** 6 fish oils as the fat. been looking online to get some recently.

    Yes to those and their cheap.... The shake make sure it's casein and the other meals that I told u put some protein there mate
