hi all. just wanted to post up a sample of my daily diet to see what you think. good, bad, what needs changed etc.
7.30am large bowl bran flakes with semi skimmed milk.
9.30am prtein shake. 2 scoops
10.30am wholemeal bagel heaped with organic peanut butter
12.30/1 tin tuna with wholemeal pitta or wholemeal bread.
i normally train at 2 or 3 so before i train i have kre alkyline and after a shake with carbs.... normally pharma gain.
5pm some fruit
7pm normally meat with veg, and possibly some brown rice or brown pasta. sometimes i will take extra veg and do without the carbs.
9pm nuts or grapes.
10.30 protein shake with milk.
my goal is to try and put on lean muscle. i do want to bulk up but not with alot of fat if thats possible?
i'm starting to maybe think i'm not eating enough, but in saying that i don't really feel too hungry in between meals.
my goal is to try to pack on lean muscle. been going pretty well so far.
but would just like a bit of feedback on what you fellas think of my diet.
