250 lb man please critique diet
2284 calories
923 calories Carbs
1361 calories protein/fat
2 oz (dry measurement) Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat or Shredded Wheat 200
½ cup skim milk 45
8 egg whites 136
½ cup cooked rice or 4 oz potato or 2/3 cups sweet potato(yam) 109
5 oz chicken breast or 7 oz tuna 245
1 cup mixed vegs or 10 oz broccoli 80
1/3 cup rice or 2.5 oz potato or ½ cup sweet potato 76
5 oz chicken breast or 7 oz tuna 245
½ cup rice or 4 oz potato or 2/3 cup sweet potato 109
5 oz chicken or 7 oz tuna 245
5 oz cauliflower of 4 cup salad (brown sugar twin + vinegar) 80
½ cup rice or 4 oz potato or 2/3 cup sweet potato 109

Supplement Dose/Timing
Green tea extract 500 mg three times daily before meals
Caffeine 200-400 mg one hour before workouts
Calcium 1000 mg daily
Selenium 200-400 mcg per day with food
Working out 3 days a week
Cardio 6 days for 40-60 minutes.

Need more states....but I feel you are missing some good fats from olive oil flaxseed or peanut oil....
I would also add tyrrosine to help with appetite control.....

We need also macros for each meal, times of meal and training and tdee. You need more efas in the diet. You can add some flax oil to veggies and have carbs from rice, oats ecc. only postwo and at breakfast.

I find that for trying to drop bf% keep carbs low and from green veggies in the am along with protein source like eggs and some efa caps. NO SUGAR
