Dieting and Clen/ECA/T3
Hey everybody, for those who have tried the above cycle, I was wondering can you please tell me the type of diet you were on?
Are you meant to limit carb intake whilst keeping protein intake high.
Or, do you just eat as normal, whilst throwing in a few cardio sessions per week?

try it out whichever one works best for you, but a little word of advice a full on t3 cycle without juice is a little suicidal unless you want to lose lots of muscle, I would try, clen/eca with a keto diet from my own experience for best results, myself i sometimes add max of 10mcg t3 along with 20mg var for this diet
