    Binge eating

Does anyone struggle with binge eating. I've been reading alot of your diet plans. Did any of you have trouble switching to a 6 meal a day diet. I find it so hard to force myself to eat in the morning. So by lunch im starving. I literally think i consume 4000 plus calories at this meal alone. The problem is it feels good while I do it. Its like a drug. I love that feeling of fullness to the point you know when you get sleepy. We call it the itis in the hood lol. How did you guys overcome this?

if your set on your goals it becomes easier, i found it hard from eating shitty food and then going straight to eating chicken....dieting takes time. i found it hard eating in a morning but it becomes routine i dont even have to think about walking into the kitchen at 6.30...it just happens lol

Its simple! When you eat frequently you also stabilize blood sugar levels, and in turn dont care to binge but when you do something like,oh, not eat in the morning you sugar levels are low and then when you do eat you over do it! This is why we eat so frequently. You have alot to learn! ALOT! WHY ARENT YOU EATING?

Sorry if I end up hijacking this thread but I have an issue with binge eating myself. I have developed what I consider to be an immaculate cutting diet, consisting of 5-7 quality BB meals a day. However, I do smoke pot now and then and I simply, absolutely, 100% cannot prevent myself from binge eating after I get some good weed in my system. On the one hand, it's a good thing because it's giving me incentive to just quit chiefing but on the other, does anyone have tips for circumventing this?

Well i would think the best thing to do is find what is more important to you, bodybuilding or smoking pot? Because doing the pot is counter productive to the bodybuilding diet because im sure after you get done smoking you wanna eat poor food sources right?

Didnt mean to send you into a conniption fit topherhinton lol. I understand the logic behind eating. I was looking for more practical information from people who struggle with this, you know a lil encouragement.

I total know where your coming from damienm05. I dont smoke but I used to drink heavy and it made me eat like a mad man. I think that is part of my problem. I'm substituting the pleasure I got from binge drinking, with binge eating.

I think alot of it is dopamine. People like us that can't control these impulses tend to have lower dopamine production. Thats the pleasure neuro receptor, so were constantly overdoing shit. I'm gonna try out this adderall starting next week to see if it can help me control this impulse to overeat. And topherhinton im gonna try really really hard to eat breakfast and get those blood sugars leveled out.

Bodybuilding is, of course. I mean this is a once every couple of weeks sort of thing, not a habit. But yes, if I could commit to eating some grilled chicken breasts when high (even if I ate like 5 of them), it really wouldn't leave me feeling like I wasted a week of dieting the next morning. However, that's not the case; I crave sugar, sugar, and more sugar. Probably because there's none in my diet at all. I guess it's time to kick the weed for good. Just didn't know if anyone had any good BB acceptable munchies tips, lol.
