Hey guys are there any visual signs your retaining water, started drinking a gallon or more water 3 days ago from drinking maybe a litre a day and my midsection looks a little weird. Im about 7% bf so i can def tell a difference. havent gained any on the scale really so i dont know. also statred eating 3000 clean cals bout a week ago from prob 22-2300 but like i said no real weight gain. thanks
