I have a list somewhere but I think I lost it. that may help...

You can put on size and feel good on a veg diet.

I was a vegi for a for a few years, I never had more energy or felt better in my life.

Soy and legumes is where you need to look.

Has been a few top level BB who have been vegi....

Don't listen to fools who no nothing of what they speak, get hold of a fella called Nark on this forum, he knows his shit and was a vegi BB for a while.

    Your food choices aren't horrendous.

    Your structure is however.

Some times you eat every hour, and other times your meals are 4 hours apart. It's ridiculous.

Your blood sugar must be all over the place.

What would possess you to attempt to eat in this manner?
