    BCAA's whilst training

Well i've been looking at some of the absolute best in the industry Milos Sarcev and Charles Poliquin advocating that during training, BCAA supplementation is critical to minimize cortisol increase and to prevent test levels from falling towards the end of the session. My question anyway is, has anyone experimented and taken BCAA's whilst training and noticed any difference?

    Cheers - stevey_6t9

I have never used them DURING training, but do before and after. I know of some who use them in there intr-workout shakes. I take them throughout the day, then immediately PWO, then eat 20-30mins later.

BCAA's and protien are some of the FEW supplements I actually believe in. Granted, after consumption you're not going "notice any difference" but rather its you know what they're going to do. Its all science my man. BCAA's are the most used amino acids burned while working out and your body cannot manufacture them itself so supplementing with them greatly increases your body's growing/healing potential. You skeletal muscle is 1/3 BCAA's, remember that. Cant build a wall without bricks. Cant build muscle without amino acids.
