So, I fell off the wagon and got high as **** on some incredible bud the other night. I came home, w/ the munchies like a mofo at about 2:00 AM (when I usually pound a casein shake). I wanted to eat something sweet and for the first time in my life, did not give in to cheating on my diet. I took my usual scoop of vanilla casein, mixed it w/ a 1/4 cup of water. I threw in a handful (maybe 20) salted peanuts. In a seperate bowl, I melted a square of unsweetened bakers chocolate w/ 5 packets of splenda and then stirred in 2 tbspn. of natty PB and a dash of vanilla. I mixed both bowls together and god damn!! Better than cookie dough. Munchies satiated! Pro/fat meal achieved. Mind/body in perfect harmony. Eat this, not that! It's taken me a long time, but I think I finally get it.
