    Eat this, not that!

    So, I fell off the wagon and got high as **** on some incredible bud the other night. I came home, w/ the munchies like a mofo at about 2:00 AM (when I usually pound a casein shake). I wanted to eat something sweet and for the first time in my life, did not give in to cheating on my diet. I took my usual scoop of vanilla casein, mixed it w/ a 1/4 cup of water. I threw in a handful (maybe 20) salted peanuts. In a seperate bowl, I melted a square of unsweetened bakers chocolate w/ 5 packets of splenda and then stirred in 2 tbspn. of natty PB and a dash of vanilla. I mixed both bowls together and god damn!! Better than cookie dough. Munchies satiated! Pro/fat meal achieved. Mind/body in perfect harmony. Eat this, not that! It's taken me a long time, but I think I finally get it.

    It was a small square of completely unsweetened baker's chocolate (30 cals, 3g fiber, 0 sugar)!! Come on, give me this small victory. And yes I did! but thanks to the diet forum and daily cardio, my running from doughnut-eating cops can only be considered low-intensity, haha!

    Well, when you put it that way, I sound like a real asshole. I've always found weed to be the Antichrist w/ regard to BB diets and I don't promote it at all. I'm simply using it as an example in saying that, when the will is there, there's always a way to eat a healthy meal. I think that's responsible enough.
