    differences? white carbs? brown carbs???

    right everyone goes for

    brown rice
    brown or whole meal bread
    whole meal bagel
    whole meal or brown pasta

    now whats the difference from all the above in white??? ie
    whats the difference from brown rice and white rice?

    is whole meal just as good as brown?

    also is sweet potatos a good carb ?

    Not sure that you are asking.
    Sweet potatoes are the best starchy carb available in my opinion.
