Trying to bulk, BF% increasing.......
Hey Everyone,
Stats
Male
23
175 lbs
15% BF
5'11
(not currently using any AAS)
In one month I have gained 5 pounds and 2% body fat.
I cant give you an exact diet because it is totally different every single day so it is difficult to critique at the moment.
Is my bulk working or am I just getting too fat?

Gaining fat is all part of bulking. Your on the high side yes but do some adjustments to your diet and clean it up a little bit. I normally aim for about a pound a week. Anything past that is mostly fat IMO. You should lay out a diet for us to view and maybe we can help tune it for you.

Chicken Wrap with veggies

can of Tuna + crakers

pork rice veggies
5:45
Toasted Peanut butter and banana sandwhich/ creatine
Work out
7:30
Protien shake/dextrose/creatine/BCAA
7:45
Peanut Butter banana toasted sandwhich
9:00
Could be anything (usually chicken and veggies)/ I mainly try to stay away from carbs
11:00
Sleep
............. I feel as if i should be embarrassed to put this up./.....

According to your numbers you gained 1.5 lbs of lean and 3.5 lbs of fat.

Just curious to know why you are trying to bulk when your bf is so high already?

as posted man, just clean up the diet, and continue to bulk.. and as posted someone said why bulk when your bodyfat is so high? hahaha i am about 20% bf and i'm bulking like a mofo! your diet looks good to me bro just cut back some fats and defintly stay off carbs before bed, happy training.

Diet looks thought out. I'm sure their some improvements that u will make over time.
I just wanna know why you have weight gainer in your diet and are wandering why u are gaining fat. I've always been under the impression that weight gainer is a marketing ploy to teenagers.
I would ax the weight gainer first thing imho
