I see a lot of the diets on here and I have noticed that noone lists what they drink with each meal. Water/ Some meals Im sure are water or nothing. I also noticed that not a lot of vitamin C in a lot of these diets? Where are you getting your daily amout of all vitimans and minerals with some of these chicken , fish and natty Pb diets? Are you relying on your Mukt Vitamin for these vitamins and minerals?

Yes or no in your diets??

    Gatorade?

    Orange juice?

    Milk..when?

    Silk??

    Skim milk??

    Apple juice?

    Bluberries?

    Any antioxidants at all?

You know im not the best at diet advice, but you have to realize these are bodybuilding diets. Even a certified nutritionist would be giving this kind of diet adivce. These diets are still healthy but made for building muscle or losing body fat.

Correct me if im wrong, but thats my opion on this.

Fruits and fruit jucies have to many natural sugars in them.
Milk i know from these guys your not suppose to drink it, not sure on the reasoning though lol.

Gaterade im guilty of drinking, but only after workouts or a game of basketball....and thats only to give me something with flavor.

That usually a cheat meal for me, is something to drink with flavor.

For your average person, these are fine beverages to be included with meals. However, bodybuilding diets, especially cutting ones, are not just meant to be healthy and/or balanced but designed to achieve specific goals with regard to physique. All of the above beverages are high in sugar and empty calories, yes, even milk and thus, have no place in shaping our bodies.
