My training schedule is pretty hectic. The usual is 6 days a week (mon-sat) of classical olympic weightlifting, with 3 days a week (dropped down a bit) of classical bobybuilding and auxiliary work. For cardio I play squash 3-4 times per week right now. I've been able to maintain and make gains (current bodyweight is 100 kg) over the past 7 years of my competitive career but I'm not sure about how gear will change that. I would like to make the most out of my first cycle, and I have no experience with the needs of someone on AAS. Without gear and training hard you can absorb around 1.9g/kg of protein so I have been sticking with around 200 g/day, with 600g/day CHO and 170g/day fats. The actual constituents of my diet are very sound, I eat sprouted grains, lots of fruit and dairy, and generally just a lot of food (I averaged 6500 kcal/day during my time in the 94kg class). Im in school now, and very busy, so I have to stay feasable as far as diet goes, I like bars and shakes for snacks because of the ease. But for dinner and breakfast I go big. I have 300 lbs of bison, 130 lbs of beef, 60 lbs whitetail, and 2 boxes of chicken breasts in the freezer right now, and that wont last too long, that gives you an idea just how much I eat.
Any particular suggestions on needs with my expenditure on cycle? Supplements? I'm all ears!
Thanks guys
