    Cutter Log: Trib, Albuterol, hexarelin

    Items to be used throughout my 8 week cutter:
    Albuterol: 10MG/day
    Hexarelin: 140mcg/day
    Test booster such as tribulus as well as multivitamins.

    My current stats are 6'-4", 262lbs, 18% BF, 40" waist, 50" chest, 28" thigh.

    Goal: to end up at <10% BF or 240lbs while losing no muscle.

    As far as exercise I'll be lifting weights 3x a week, during those three days I'll do cardio for 30minutes. I'll go in a fourth day for cardio only for 45min to 1hour.

    Meal plan with calories listed below.

    Good point, I thought I was gonna burn only 3000 a day, but I just checked out a calculator on activeusa.com and it said I'd be burning 3700-4100 a day.
    I'm aiming for 3500calorie deficit every 2 days (3.5lbs a week of fatloss).

    I'll bump my intake up to 2100calories ED.

    I was 9% @ 235lbs 2 years ago, got a serious girlfriend and been lazy, eating like crazy (55 hooters wings in one sitting!!)
    Wasn't hard eating only 2000 today.

    Find your bmr and tdee this will give you a maintenance level,which then you can subtract from. If you go tom low to fast you will readjust your BMR to a very low LOW! This is not what you wanna do! What your diet like? what foods are giving you the ratios of your macros??

    Did the calculations:

    The Harris-Benedict formula (BMR based on total body weight)
    BMR = 66 + (13.7 X 118 kg) + (5 X 193 cm) - (6.8 X 26 years)
    BMR = 1616.6 + 965 - 176
    BMR = 2405 Calories

    TDEE = Mod. Active = BMR * 1.55
    TDEE = 2405*1.55
    TDEE = 3728 calories

    Katch-McArdle formula (BMR based on lean body weight)
    BMR = 370 + (21.6 * 97.5 kg lean mass)
    BMR = 2476 calories

    TDEE = 2476 * 1.55
    TDEE = 3837 calories

    So I weight train 3x a week and cover all the muscle groups, Including the extra cardio that I'll do 4x a week. I think thats moderate exercise for the TDEE calc.

    Sample diet will be like this:

    Meal 1:
    Cottage cheese: 2g fat, 6g carbs, 28g protein, 163 calories.
    or
    Egg 4 eggs whites with 2 yolk: 18g protein, 10g fat, 182Calories

    Meal 2:
    Protein shake(milk 2%): 6g fat, 13g carbs,50g protein, 270 calories

    Meal 3:
    Turkey wrap: 12g fat, 6g carbs, 16g protein, 300 calories
    broccoli 2oz: 4g carbs, 2g protein, 20 cals
    Carrots 2oz: 2g carbs, 20cals

    Meal 4:
    Grilled chicken breast: 2g fat, 26g protein, 124calories + 80 cals of ketchup or mustard etc.
    or
    Grilled hamburger: 8gram fat, 22g protein, 160 calories + 80 cals of ketchup or mustard
    or
    Tuna with mayo: 15g fat, 41gram protein, 300 calories

    Meal 5:
    Turkey wrap: 12g fat, 6g carbs, 16g protein, 300 calories
    broccoli 2oz: 4g carbs, 2g protein, 20 cals
    Carrots 2oz: 2g carbs, 20cals

    Meal 6:
    Same as meal 4. but in salad form
    Spinach : 3g carb, 2g protein, 20 calories
    Tomatoes: 6g carb, 1g protein, 27 calories
    gorgonzola: 9g fat, 6g carb, 1g protein100 calories
    Grilled chicken breast: 2g fat, 26g protein, 124calories
    Dressing: 20g fat, 2g carbs, 186 calories

    Meal 7:
    Protein shake(milk 2%): 6g fat, 13g carbs, 50g protein, 270 calories

    FAT: Max 99g CARBS: 73g PROTEIN: 240g CALORIES: 2440 calories.

    EDIT: updated diet.

    Also Should I bother with Sugar WIth my PWO shake? I've tried vitargo but never seen much results.

    So if your TDEE is 3700 cals why in the world are you reducing to 1683 calories? This makes no sense to me? You are treating this as a crash diet.. Help me understand...TOP

    You've gotta understand that people with more than 3-5 lbs. of excess body fat, can't stand the thought of being "fat" another day. I was in his boat a few months ago.

    All I can say bro, is listen to Topher, I f*cked my metabolism real bad losing more than 3 lbs. per week. And now, even as I'm jacked like I've always wanted to be, I can't eat the way I should be able to, unless I wanna wake up with more fat on my body the next day. Also, your success rate will be higher if you're not constantly starving and putting all calories to good use. Beyond that even, you're cardio sched. is weak for having ambitious weight loss goals. I'd rather bang out 60 minutes a day and be able to nourish myself properly and that's what I should have done in retrospect!

    Well I have plenty of trib products laying around so I'll use them.
    I'm not ready for test yet, I'll do a cycle after this cutter.

    Would you take the advise if i were to give it? Or just say im insane? I would first say drop the Albuterol ,Hexarelin and Test booster. Add your calories back to maintenance,then subtract 500 from that, then repost a diet consisting of pro/carbs/fats to be critiqued.do your cardio as planned. Hold onto the "TOOLS" until you get closer to single digit bodyfat. There is no need to use fat burners at such a high bodyfat IMO. Let the diet do its job first before you count it out! Also i did not mean to sound as if i was making fun or being an ass,it just came across that way i apologize for a miscommunication...TOP

    I appreciate your advice top. I'll up my cals with another protein meal .
    I want to keep a 500-1000 deficit a day if I can though.

    Also I wanna keep in my supplement tools. I have the T3/T4 for serious stuff but I'm trying to take it ez on blood pressure raising supps.

    updated diet to reflect new calorie count. Thinking of doubling my meat only meal for another 200-300calories+30g protein.
