Hi i started my low carb diet 1/6 and i was wondering if it is a good idea to eat nine times a day (every two hours) i try to take in 30 to 50 grams of protein every sitting all protein from all sources meats,fish,eggs
whey etc. Im limiting my carbs to 50 a day monday threw saturday 100 to 150 sunday and they are all taken around my lifting and 30 min cardio workout. Im 5' 7" 200lbs and looking to lose 30 to 40 lbs in three months without losing much muscle. I plan on posting before and after pics. What do you guys think?
