Need help!!!
Stats:
Height: 6'.05
Weight: 250lb
Age:19
Body fat: 20%(calipers)
Soooo I'm starting to get kinda big...well not really compared to you guys..but big for the ballys I go to in Encino.
As of right now I haven't plateaud at all. I started this time last year at 165 and gained 85lbs in 1 year, all lifts tripled at least(literally). My question is...since I'm still getting bigger and bigger and stronger and stronger..should I just keep going? Should I start cardio? how much? when? My goal is 8-12% body fat...I would be super excited about that. I do NO cardio and eat like crap. Assuming I cleaned up my diet and started x amount of cardio, how long would it take to drop 10% body fat?

First of all you need to know how to diet this will be a helpful guide!!
So you wanna learn how to Diet?
After watching form an opinion of your own of what your body needs then post up a sample diet for a critique...TOP

If you did 60 minutes of low intensity cardio at your ideal heart rate, 7 days per week and ate perfectly (no cheating), at your age, you'd be looking at up to 3 lbs. of fat loss per week. Both big ifs but it wouldn't take long.
