Brown rice tip!!

I eat a lot of brown rice and no matter what sauce I would use with it for some reason it always ended up tasting like a good sauce with bland/grainy rice. I could never get the rice to absorb the flavor and get rid of that bland rice taste. Last night I got an idea to put my seasoning(chili powder and seasoned salt) in the water I cook my rice in, then when it was done I added my barrillo sauce and more chili powder and seasoned salt. WOW!! I Cannot tell you how much better the rice tasted. I recommend trying this is you are getting tired of bland rice.
