    thats what im using now--and its good--but its got 6 carbs which 4 of are sugar is that ok--cause i have no prob with it

    Crazy richard's is my grocery-store choice as it has absolutely no salt or sugar. The only ingredient is roasted peanuts. I add a lil sea-salt when I stir it of course. Smuckers natural is really good.

    what do u all think about the 6 carbs in the skippy(actually has 3 sugars)-should i be ok or get something else--cause im eatin it alot, 4 or 5 times out of 6 or7 depending on if its a workout day

    A proper natural PB brand should have 1g of sugar per serving if that. Skippy is for children to spread on their white bread with high-sugar jam. If your PB intake accounts for like 20g of sugar daily, there's an issue.

    got some smuckers yesterday--not too tasty--should of just put some peanuts in the blender--tastes the same. So the smart balance is good? might have to try it
