1st Cycle want to do it right
Hey guys, I am new to this site I have been viewing a lot of post here for the past 3 weeks. Anyways my current stats
Age: 27
BF%: unknown but I am very skinny
Height: 6FT
Weight: 157Lbs
A close friend who works as a PT is putting together a cycle for me, I really want some size. I need help with creating great diet and great workout plan.
Some Stats:
Max Bench Press: 215LBS 1-2 REP
Current Dumb Bell Curls 20lb, 25lb, 30lbs dumb bells
Curls: 50LBS
Some of the equipment I have it
1. Weight Bench
2. Dumb Bells
3. Perfect Push Up
4. Pull Up Bar - (The one that's all over sports authorities
5. P90X Video's
6. Bowflex Power Pro XTL
7. Punching Bag & Speed Bag

you don't need a cycle, you need a solid diet. I'll move this to the diet section, and also start a thread in the workout section.

Doesn't sound like you're remotely ready to cycle. And that's ok. Post your diet like this:
meal 1- 9:00 AM - bacon, 2 eggs, orange juice, pancakes - 1050 cal/55gpro/86g carb/40g fat - for example!! Those values are off and I hope you're not eating that... I'm kinda hungry.
