I just did it, told me I was in the obese catagory and that I needed to lose 41lbs to be in a healthy range.

LOL....fireguy you fatty!.....so basically its a load of shit!.....thanks for takeing a look....so whats your take on BMR formulas?...are they all pretty much worthless?

its because they dont take into account muscle mass

any bmr that does not take into count of muscle mass, its pretty much useless..
