How much mass to gain with first cycle

On 300mg a week of test C, how much muscle is typical to gain in 16 weeks? Also how much total weight gain will I be looking at for a clean bulk?

I think there are quite a few people who would say that's plenty for a first cycle.

This will be mostly determined by your training and diet.

    Good luck!

I just want to know the amount I can expect to gain for the next 16 weeks, if you say 10lbs of muscle and 6 lbs of fat and water is usual then Ill play with my diet until I am gaining only 1 lb per week. But if you insist my diet is 220-240protein, 350-360 carbs, 55-65 fat so 3000 cals a day. I train 5 days a week.

well in that case, in 16 weeks you are going to gain exactly 32.4 lbs. 22.6 of which is going to be lean mass and the other 9.8 is going to be fat/water. this is according to the calculator that tells you exactly what you are going to gain on a cycle.

This question has been asked a thousand times on here and the answer is always the same. No two people respond the same. Some people gain 10lbs other gain over 30. There are so factors involved (diet, cardio, training history, genetics ect..) it is impossible to answer.
