    diet help please anyone

    hey guys just want to kno if anyone can give me a hand in what to eat and wen to eat my eating patterns are shockin .. if sum1 could write me out their routeen or sumthing that would be great.. heres sum details ..

    im 21 soon to be 22

    5"11 bout bout 12 stone 9
    havent got a clue bout my body fat at the moment .. not fat tho ! id like to bulk up a good bit but keep some definition .. want to build as much muscle as possible so im thinkin a high protien diet ?

    any help would be great cheers guys .. but like i sed earlier my eating is terrible and need some help !! thanks again
