I'm a hard gainer, don't know exact bf but guessing 10%, can see abs. 6'0" 175-180lbs

Fat - 75g 25%
Choles - 328
Carb - 204g 35%
Protein - 206g 36%
Cal ~ 2800
Typical:
1st - oats and protein shake
workout and run
2nd - protein shake
3rd - random sandwich (chicken or turkey) or sushi
4th - steak or chicken and veggies
5th - tuna
Goals - gain muscle, doesn't everyone.. maybe 190-200lbs
Any ideas on what to add where, I'm going to start with eggs in the am, thats a must. Getting bored with food so was looking for ideas.
