Cytomel T3 help?

I read a few profiles on this and basically all they said was it speeds up your metabolism by shutting off your thyroid and that its pretty much safe to cycle 9 months solid and off the other 3 months of the year and the safe to restart again.Does this sound correct?

Is it much safer than clenbuterol ?
Is it as powerfull or more powerfull than ECA stack & clenbuterol?
Should Eca stack or clenbuterol be cycled along with it?
Is cytomel easily obtained?Is is considerably cheap or expensive?

Been told to stir clear of the liquid cause it is to hard to dose.But thxs for the help!
