i have an annoying problem, I wake up almost everyday at 3 am very hungry but still want to continue to sleep, i wonder what would be the best meal to eat in such case? i am supposed to sleep until 7-8 am after this.

I have a protein shake if its really bugging me
protein shake is good and maybe some seeds to stop the hunger...
Drink a glass of ice cold water and go back to sleep. It`s a very bad time to be eating anything,esp carbs.
it might stop the hunger feeling and obviously hydrate you...and make you wake up in an hour for a piss LOL.....
id do the casein shake and seeds...or just have the caesin shake with some oil

Yes it's starving for protein but do u wake up out of hunger or do u wake up for another reason and then realize ur hungry... I'm sure ur body craves some sleep
if im bulking ill have a shake with oatmeal. and if im cutting ill have just a shake
In the book,Your Body's Many Cries for Water, it talks about dehydration. It says that many people are so dehydrated that eventually the body shuts down the thirst mechanism and switches on the sense that your hungry.
Caffeine,alcohol,soda,juice. I think an over consumption of diuretic herbs can do the same. i remember i drank a ginkgo biloba tea mixture for a few days. I always felt incredible thirsty few hours after.
waking up and eating is not the best, disturbs your sleep patterns. maybe just have a shake if u have to
waking up and eating is a great idea. he is also waking up because he is hungry. always listen to your body.
