I dont know if its my genes but i never lose any weight when i go on a diet. I am really lame at keeping a diet when i see its not working, so I was hoping if anyone can help me out with a diet. I used to be really dedicated with working out but i have been busy with school so its been on the backseat. I currently have the worst diet right now due to exams, (eating only two meals a day) but that will by tmr. Everytime i workout and go on a strict diet, i lose weight from my face, never from the bottom of my stomach or the sides where i want to.
