alright guys this is my situation, I have been on test 4 weeks and was eating around 4500 cals daily, the onset bloat made me scared I was getting fat so I cut my cals back to 3500. So this is my issue im afraid to get to fat but I haven't put on weight the last week or so and im stuck at 224. So the question is should I just stop being a wuss and get everything I can out of this test deca stack during bulking and up the cals to 5000 and then burn off the extra fat later. I was just scared that I would get really fat but I think the anabolics have increased my metabolism. I am getting alot of strength just not gaining alot of weight anymore. I don't want to be a sloppy bodybuilder that lets himself put on a ton of bad fat, but I do want the size and from all the sites ive read the opinion seems to be if im not eating enough I won't gain even on test deca. so basically if you guys were in my shows would you eat alot more cals and just keep them clean?
