My new diet!!!!
Please can someone check my diet out that I want to try!!!!
How much can I loose bf% per week on this diet?:
Meal 1
1 boiled egg
1 scoop whey
1/4 cup porridge oats
Meal 2
1 scoop whey
1 fish oil capsule
multivits
Meal 3 (Lunch)
1 scoop whey or a meal replacement
multivits
Meal 4
1/2 Tilapia
veggies
Post Workout
1 scoop whey
1 fish oil
Meal 5
1 scoop whey
Energy/fat burning
Green Tea or Yerba Mate, Caffeine,
I am not sure what fat burners would suit me the best!

do you even know how much food that is or isnt? what are the macros? did u learn nothing from top and others help in other threads u started??
why not just stick to one diet and see it through, instead of all these random threads you start looking for a quick fix.

interesting greek.Looks like your going for ketosis. strange approach with the whey drinks,the model jordan lives on whey.
How many caps of fish oil do you plan on? and why did you choose this number of caps?

use fitday.com for ur "maths" then u wont have to do it---and 3 fish oil a day aint enough--try 20

I have nothing to say,what can you say? You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink or what goes up must come down(not sure how that pertains to this discussion but in a way it makes about as much since as this thread!!) Also i made my point in this thread in like post 44 or something!

I looked up ketosis on the net and it seems good!
Ketogenesis as I remember from my School and A-Level days is the process of fats being turned into energy - to put it into a comparative way it is the fatty acid version of the Tricarboxylic Acid Cycle (TCA cycle, Krebs Cycle) that carbohydrates go through to be turned into energy!
Does ketosis burn muscle?

I liked TOP diet but it is a bit too slow for my liking!
As my cardio is only walking and soon ninjutsu aswell as walking!
I will take advice but only if it is a fast diet!
I like doing strength and muscle building exercises!
I want to do field athletics (shotput, discus, hammer) and cklimbing and want to get into extreme sports like rock climbing and gorge scrambling!
I used to run but when I runon an a path that was not a hill I got backaches esp in my lower back!
