Sooo the only reason my diet is 100% right now is the fact that i feel like i cant get a set schedule working 12hr night shifts. On my days off im up all day and when im working i sleep all day and im up all night..My schedule is week 1 i work mon tue fri sat and sun and the next week wed thurs and it goes back and forth. I have to leave my house for work at 6pm and i get home from work around 7am. Anyway, my question is if you had a schedule like mine how exactly would you go about your dieting/training. I cannot leave work to get in any training and my diet is good im always eating the right foods just not enough to gain weight. Thanks in advance and sorry if thats confusing to read.
