for future eating reference when trying to maintain
so we all talk about what diets where on when it comes to cutting or bulking or whatever your goal is,
now lets say the individual is satisfied with the goals he/she has gained and would just simple like to keep them for x amount of years.....
to simply just maintain what you are satisfied with would you follow the harris benedict formual for bmr and create a diet that you can use year round (so i guess we wouldnt call it a diet, we would call it a way of eating) that distributed pro fat and carbs accordinly?

Yes, you would eat as close to maintenance as possible to maintain the same weight.

excatly what fireguy said, you eat as close as possible to maintenance.
I would still make sure the calories you are going consume for maintenance are the right ones.
