nooooo, not raw, you can cook it in a frying pan like scrambled eggs. yes you can either separate the white from fresh eggs or just buy the egg white in carton...

what bass said. to my understanding the less fat milk has the more sugar they added to it. water and stevia works. measure your oats dry.

crack the egg. seperate the yolk from the liquid. put in pan. i cut up serrano peppers and add it to pan. hot hot

i usually crack the egg open it and put it in my hand and let the white fall thru my fingers. they have egg separators which is basically the same principle.

a few whole eggs and 3-5 eggwhites depending on your macros. eggs are an inexpensive breakfast. love em.

This is interesting i usually have milk with my oatmeal but very little.

Without any milk though does at times get to me i find it hard to chew and digest.

I will toss it up and see how i can avoid the milk, thanks for info.

I agree cinnamamon and artificial sweetener with oats is delicious. Sometimes I'll eat it cold with water(instead of milk), like cereal. It hasn't expanded or isn't pasty if you do it like this.

Im not sure....I may be wrong...but someone told me that eating oatmeal retains water? If youre on a fat loss Im thinking you are cutting, I dunno if you'd want something that retains water....someone verify this for me?

the oats retain water hence the expansion. but why would that make your body retain water? if thats what your getting at.

that would be like saying drinking water makes you retain water. I dont think there is any validity to that claim.
