no milk...milk has sugar even fat free milk has lots of sugar...eat oatmeal with eggs or egg whites...
ah right , noobie question but how do i make egg whites? lol take the yolk out i take it? plus do i jus eat it all raw
nooooo, not raw, you can cook it in a frying pan like scrambled eggs. yes you can either separate the white from fresh eggs or just buy the egg white in carton...
of course you can season it to your liking...
what bass said. to my understanding the less fat milk has the more sugar they added to it. water and stevia works. measure your oats dry.
crack the egg. seperate the yolk from the liquid. put in pan. i cut up serrano peppers and add it to pan. hot hot
i usually crack the egg open it and put it in my hand and let the white fall thru my fingers. they have egg separators which is basically the same principle.
a few whole eggs and 3-5 eggwhites depending on your macros. eggs are an inexpensive breakfast. love em.
thanks alot guys i think i have the idea now llol would i have whey protein b4 breakfeast and before workout or after workout
This is interesting i usually have milk with my oatmeal but very little.
Without any milk though does at times get to me i find it hard to chew and digest.
I will toss it up and see how i can avoid the milk, thanks for info.
i mix mine with low fat yoghurt
Still alot of sugar though valac yeah =\?
i mix mine 1:1 with water, then add splenda and cinnamon---do it---youll b fine
i dont eat oatmeal now. but when i did i would add a tblspn of sugar free jelly to it. it was good. along with some zero calorie spray butter.
im going to start eating oatmeal thanx 4 the info guys
I agree cinnamamon and artificial sweetener with oats is delicious. Sometimes I'll eat it cold with water(instead of milk), like cereal. It hasn't expanded or isn't pasty if you do it like this.
I like to add peanut butter and a scoop of chocolate whey protein to my oatmeal.)
Im not sure....I may be wrong...but someone told me that eating oatmeal retains water? If youre on a fat loss Im thinking you are cutting, I dunno if you'd want something that retains water....someone verify this for me?
