ok that was a dumb newbie question. sorry. just couldnt get them to play on the puter i was using. anyway i learned a ton but have another question
he is pretty big on protien shakes by the sounds of it and mentions a powder that has several sources of protein such as whey,casein,soy rtc. what is this powder as he does not give the name....thanks again.
