    Carb cycling?

Ive read a few diff ways to cycle carbs. Not sure which is the best way but it seems for me the easiest way would be option C. Is there a "best" way to cycle? If so what is it??

    A. 3 day no carbs 2 day 350-400g carbs (carbs with every meal)

    B. A staggered approach like day 1 moderate carb, day 2 heavy carb, day 3 no carb, day 4 moderate carb etc

    c. 3 day no carb, 2 day heavy carb. 2 day moderate carb

I've seen phenomenal results with the following "carb-cycle":
Day 1-5: Very low carb (under 40g per day, solely from fibrous veg and good fats like almonds/avocados.
Day 6-10: Gradually increase carb intake by adding them back in to 1 meal per day. Complex only, mostly sweet potatoes/oats. Days 9-10 being pretty much a full refeed only excluding carbs in my before bed meals.

Lean gains and an ever-decreasing bf%, getting down towards 8% if I had to guess- high energy levels, minimal bloating. I know it's very different than most carb-cycles but I am terribly sensitive to carbs both in how they affect my muscle mass and body fat, so until I improve my BMR via a good diet and continued training over the next year or so, this has been the most effective diet I've pursued.
