I mean i'm eating 1 and a half large cans of tuna in sunflower oil per day, which is about 60g worth of protein.
Is it possible that i'm getting enough ***** 3's from this alone?
I have flax seed caps but they're only 1000mg per cap, and i'd have to supposedly take 14 of those to equal a tbsp of flax seed oil.
