    Canned tuna and ***** 3's

    Where I live, it's hard to find stuff like bottle flax seed oil or fish oil, i'm going to continue looking today but I was curious. I know that canned tuna contains ***** 3's, but is it enough?

    I mean i'm eating 1 and a half large cans of tuna in sunflower oil per day, which is about 60g worth of protein.

    Is it possible that i'm getting enough ***** 3's from this alone?

    I have flax seed caps but they're only 1000mg per cap, and i'd have to supposedly take 14 of those to equal a tbsp of flax seed oil.

    I finally found some flax in this shop and bought enough to last me until the summer lol
